At 12 interested guests, Sobremesa proposes a date. Each class is capped at 16.

You confirm

If the date works, complete the remaining booking within five days. If not, your deposit stays as credit.

Priority Deposit Policy

Flexible until
the date works.

Your $30 Priority Deposit places you on the list for the experience you selected. It is fully applied to your future class booking.

Once at least 12 guests have joined the same experience, Sobremesa proposes a date for a class of no more than 16 guests.

If the proposed date does not work, your deposit remains as credit for a future class. If you accept the date, complete the remaining booking within five days or the deposit is forfeited.
